The movement of the vibratory sorting screen is driven by the motor through the V-belt to drive the vibrator with eccentric mass so that the sieve bed will perform periodic asymmetrical reciprocating mechanical vibration so that the material layer on the screen surface will be loose and thrown away from the screen surface. The fine-grade materials can fall through the material layer and be separated through the sieve holes, and the materials stuck in the sieve holes will be vibrated out, and the fine-grade materials will move to the bottom and be discharged through the sieve mesh. - Features
1. All joints of the sieve bed are connected by high-strength steel bolts to avoid the stress caused by welding. The unique design of the manganese steel woven screen tensioned installation makes it easy to replace the screen and has a long service life.
2. The exciter adopts a cylinder or seat block eccentric structure, the small screen is self-lubricated by a cylinder lubricating oil, and the large screen is lubricated by a seat circulating oil.
