Integrated Arch Anchor Bolter
The Integrated Arch Anchor Bolter is a highly integrated tunnel construction equipment that combines two key processes, arch frame installation and anchor bolt construction, revolutionizing the traditional tunnel support operation mode.
This equipment is equipped with multi – degree – of – freedom robotic arms and a precise positioning system. The robotic arms can flexibly grasp, move, and install steel arch frames. Through the precise control of the positioning system, the steel arch frames can be accurately installed in the designed positions, ensuring that parameters such as the spacing and angle of the arch frames meet the construction standards. In terms of anchor bolt construction, the integrated bolter is equipped with a high – performance drilling device that can quickly drill anchor bolt holes that meet the requirements in the tunnel surrounding rock. Subsequently, through the automated anchor bolt pushing and grouting system, the installation and anchoring of anchor bolts are completed, effectively enhancing the stability of the surrounding rock.
Compared with traditional construction methods, the Integrated Arch Anchor Bolter significantly improves construction efficiency.
