XC-MH400 Mobile Cone Crusher Main Features
- Excellent crushing main engine, according to the material lamination crushing principle and the wear characteristics of the cavity wall, the cavity design is a curve, which can ensure the goal of large mass production, high product quality, and low wear cost of the crusher. It is suitable for stones with medium to high hardness and high corrosiveness. The crushing ratio is small, and the shape of crushed materials is better than that of jaw crushers, but it is more sensitive to fine materials. The automatic control system has fully automatic crushing process control, one-button automatic start, and advanced fault diagnosis functions, and can realize functions such as overload or iron-pass protection for crushing operations.
- The optional return screen system allows non-finished materials to return to the cone body, making the output quality higher. Dust removal and spraying system make the production process more environmentally friendly.
