PEV Jaw Crusher Main Features
- Product introduction:
The motor drives the pulley of the main machine through the V-belt, and the pulley of the main machine drives the eccentric shaft, so that the movable jaw performs reciprocating, up-and-down, front-back, back-and-forth periodic movements according to the predetermined regular movement track, so as to crush the materials in the crushing chamber, and the materials are free by their own weight. The discharge port is discharged. - Application range: PEV jaw crusher is suitable for coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing of various ores or rocks whose compressive strength is not greater than 300Mpa. Suitable for mining, gravel field, cement plant, road construction, metallurgy, chemical industry, and other industries

1. Modular non-welded structure
Improper welding can cause the crusher material to change its own performance, affect the overall life of the crusher, cause unnecessary maintenance, and delay production. The new crusher adopts front and rear sub-stages, which are separately cast and connected with side plates, integral bearing seats, and pins, which makes the transportation of the crusher more convenient.
2. Integrated motor installation
When the crusher leaves the factory, the motor frame has been installed, and the motor frame and the crusher are integrated, which reduces the installation space of the crusher and the length of the V-belt. The synchronous movement of the motor and the crusher increases the life of the V-belt.
3. Finite element analysis
The crusher adopts the industry’s professional mechanical design software for auxiliary design. From component modeling to mechanism analysis, from dynamic analysis to finite element analysis, the whole process of design has been effectively controlled.
4. Optimization of crushing cavity
The optimized design of the crushing cavity and the reasonable stroke make the crusher output higher. Regardless of pebbles, rocks or ores, there are matching tooth plates.
5. More convenient to adjust
Easy to automate: The new crusher is adjustable with wedges. The mechanical adjustment allows the crusher to be adjusted whether it is working or shutting down. After replacing it with hydraulic adjustment, the crusher can realize automatic control, and the adjustment and movable jaw preload can be realized just by pressing the button.
6. Optional accessories
PEV series crushers provide a variety of optional accessories, including feeding hoppers, safety covers for flywheels, automatic lubrication systems, and hydraulic adjustment systems. These optional accessories can greatly improve the operating efficiency of the equipment and reduce production costs.
7. Structure optimization
The mechanism analysis is used to optimize the stroke of the movable jaw, and the stroke is larger than that of ordinary crushers, so the output is higher and the efficiency is higher.
8. Production and processing
PEV series crusher parts are made of high-quality alloy steel castings and hot-rolled alloy steel plates to ensure service life and stability.
9. Larger bearings
The new crusher adopts 4 bearings of the same size, which are larger and have a longer service life than other crusher models of the same specification. The maintenance time of the movable jaw assembly is reduced, and the cycle of replacing the bearing is prolonged.
10. Hydraulic adjustment system for discharge port (optional)
Each type of crusher can be equipped with a hydraulic adjustment system. Through the cooperation of the hydraulic cylinder and the accumulator, the purpose of automatically adjusting the discharge port and pre-tightening the movable jaw is achieved. The safe and reliable hydraulic system reduces the preparation work before starting up, improves work efficiency, and ensures the safe operation of the main engine.
