The BOM312H Intelligent Integrated Arch Anchor Bolter is suitable for operations such as arch frame installation, anchor bolt drilling, treatment of under-excavation, anchor bolt grouting, charging operations, tunnel inspection, and static aerial work within the site in mine roadways, highway and railway tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower projects, and pumped storage power stations.
It adopts an engineering chassis with a structure of three arms, three grippers and three hanging baskets, and is equipped with a dual anchor bolt system. The whole machine has functions such as four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and two-way driving. It uses electric power for construction and diesel power for emergency situations.
The jib adopts a full-sliding structure and is controlled by a three-arm remote control, which can meet the requirements of prefabricated arch frame installation, operations using various bench methods, and precise positioning and adjustment of the arch frame. When installing the arch frame, it can handle under-excavation and welding operations, and has strong adaptability to tunnels.
