TMB400 Main Features
- TMB400 series multi-functional road header is a special equipment used in the non-explosive excavation of tunnels. It mainly uses the high-frequency breaker in the working part to generate high-frequency impact to break rock, and the bucket teeth are wedged into the surrounding rock to pry and break rock. The free surface below the surrounding rock will automatically break the rock under the action of gravity. The equipment adopts the local control + wireless remote control mode, which can adapt to the excavation of 5-9m tunnels. It integrates the functions of high-frequency rock breaking, soft soil quick excavation, contour trimming, spray dust removal, etc., and is suitable for restricted blasting areas (such as airports, Residential gathering areas, and wild animal protection areas, etc.) and has strong adaptability, can meet the construction of various types of surrounding rocks, reduce over-under-excavation, and avoid landslides and other situations. It is also equipped with intelligent informatization functions and has functions such as digital twins, video surveillance, construction time recording, and complete machine parameter monitoring.
