The BOG312B Intelligent Integrated Arch – Frame Trolley is suitable for operations such as arch – frame installation, treatment of under – excavation, tunnel inspection, and static aerial work within the site in mine roadways, highway and railway tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower projects, and pumped – storage power stations.

 

This trolley integrates multiple processes, including measurement and marking, under – excavation operations, arch – frame installation, welding of mesh sheets and connecting bars, etc. It adopts an engineering chassis and a diesel – electric dual – power system, and has functions such as four – wheel steering, four – wheel drive, and two – way driving. The three – boom structure adopts a sliding structure and is controlled by wireless remote control, which can meet the requirements of prefabricated arch – frame installation, operations using various bench methods, and precise positioning and adjustment of arch frames. It reduces labor costs and construction risks, improves efficiency, and at the same time realizes the standardization and industrialization of tunnel arch – erecting.
