Hubei Xiaochang Shunhe Mining 1500t/h limestone aggregate production line project

The 1500T/H crushed stone aggregate production line is located in Xiaochang County, Hubei Province, covering an area of about 100 acres. 

The crushed raw stone is limestone. The designed production capacity is 5 million tons/year. The construction started in 2018.

The finished limestone aggregate can alleviate the increasingly tense local supply of sand and gravel and drive local economic development. At the same time, it will build a green demonstration base for the production of sand and gravel aggregate in green mines, providing data support for the construction of green mines in the sand and gravel industry.
Equipment configuration of the crushed stone aggregate production line: ZSW1860/2 sets (vibrating feeder) + PEV1200*1600B/2 sets (jaw crusher) + PYYZ500C/2 sets (medium crushing cone crusher) + PYY500C/2 sets (fine crushing cone crusher) + vibrating screen + conveyor, etc.
The intelligent central control room located in the comprehensive office building is the highlight of the project: it includes equipment control system, video monitoring system, and data integration system. Among them: the equipment control system adjusts and monitors each equipment in the production line; the video monitoring system is used to monitor the operation status of each equipment and the real-time situation of each location in the factory area; the data integration system integrates and analyzes the data in each system.
