The XCBH45 Cantilever-Type Roadheader is a compact and multifunctional machine designed with high cutting power. One of its most innovative features is the bendable cutting arm—an exclusive domestic design—which provides strong mucking capability.
The XCBH45 is capable of performing various functions under different working conditions by replacing the front-end attachments with a rock breaker or a bucket. This allows the machine to conduct rock breaking and blasting mucking tasks. It is ideally suited for tunneling in coal mines, as well as for large-scale coal mine roadway repairs including roof trimming, sidewall dressing, and floor leveling. It is especially effective for addressing the common issue of floor heave in coal mine roadways, thanks to its compact size, excellent maneuverability, and wide working coverage. Its floor-cutting efficiency is superior and unmatched by conventional roadheaders.
Multifunctional Working Arm:
Depending on the job requirements, the bucket can be replaced with a milling head or rock breaker, enabling operations such as rock fragmentation and blasting mucking.
Hydraulic System:
Equipped with an advanced load-sensing variable hydraulic system and proportional pilot integrated control, the machine significantly enhances working efficiency while reducing energy consumption.
