The Steel Arch and Rock Bolting Erector（Arch – Anchor Trolley，Arch – Anchoring Trolley） is an integrated tunnel construction platform designed for the installation of steel arches and rock bolt systems. It is widely used in tunnel projects for railways, highways, subways, hydropower stations, and underground infrastructure. The equipment combines multiple procedures—such as arch transportation, lifting, positioning, installation, rock bolt drilling, grouting, and support—into a single modular unit, significantly improving efficiency and safety during initial tunnel support operations.

Equipped with hydraulic telescopic booms, an electro-hydraulic control system, wireless remote control units, and a precision positioning platform, the erector allows for fast and accurate installation of steel ribs (steel arches) and rock bolts. The vehicle features bidirectional driving cabins, four-wheel drive, and all-wheel steering, ensuring excellent maneuverability and climbing capacity in narrow or curved tunnel sections.

The machine includes three lifting booms and gripping arms, offering a maximum lifting capacity of 1.5 tons for both the center and side arms, suitable for various arch sizes and weights. The bolting system supports multi-angle drilling and is equipped with a high-pressure grouting pump, ensuring rapid and reliable primary support.

Additional onboard systems include welding machines, hydraulic breakers, LED lighting, video monitoring, and optional gas detection sensors, enabling 24/7 operation in harsh underground environments. This multi-functional platform is essential for modern tunneling projects requiring efficient and safe arch-and-bolt operations in one integrated unit.
