  • Product introduction: This equipment is widely used in the fine and medium crushing of various ores, especially for abrasives, quartz sand, limestone, river pebbles, granite, concrete aggregates, refractory materials, bauxite with a water content of not more than 20%. It is an ideal high-efficiency and energy-saving sand-making machine for medium and fine crushing of various hard and brittle materials such as clinker, metallurgical slag, and corundum.
    The 8HL series high-efficiency impact crusher adopts the waterfall flow feeding system to introduce the second material flow into the crushing chamber with a certain control amount. Increase the material density in the crushing cavity, and promote the energy exchange between particles. The material entering the crushing cavity collides violently with the suspended material and the material liner and collides with the material emitted from the runner again, and the material that has lost energy is discharged from the crushing cavity. When the crusher is running, the cascade flow feeding system can adjust the size of the cascade flow through an external hydraulic device to control the particle size composition of the product. The cascade flow adjustment system can be flexibly adjusted by hydraulic pressure or manually, which enables the crusher to adapt to the change of feed material and facilitates the control of particle quality and fine material content.
